Job Description:
- Build and lead the Account team
- Train, mentor, and develop team capabilities
- Proactively identify, build, and expand client networks (brands/agencies)
- Directly sell OOH/DOOH solutions (uConnect: pharmacy, KTV, LED, LCD, retail media, etc.)
- Explore and leverage opportunities across channels: OOH, LED, elevator LCD, retail chains, etc.
- Take ownership of pitching, negotiation, and deal closing
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Collaborate with Media and Operations teams to ensure effective campaign execution
- Analyze market trends and propose new product/channel development directions
- Report directly to the Director on business performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in selling OOH/DOOH, LED, LCD, or Ad Network solutions
- Existing network with brands/agencies is a strong advantage
- Strong sales track record with team management/leadership experience
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Business-driven mindset with strong proactiveness and result orientation
- Strategic thinking with a creative approach
- Energetic, confident, and possessing a strong “hunter” mentality in sales
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading sales teams in Ad Network companies, Agencies, or Publishers
- Solid understanding of the media ecosystem (OOH, Digital, Programmatic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Advertising, Media, Marketing, and Sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and planning skills)
- Ability to draft and manage commercial contracts
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
